Step 1: We Come To You

The process starts with a conversation. You can reach us by email, by text, or by phone. We will talk through your situation briefly, and you can send a few photos back and forth if it helps. But the real work happens in your garage.

We visit your home, look at your wall space, and check the details that matter: ceiling height, door tracks, hood clearances, and anything else that affects the layout. You do not need to clean your garage before we arrive. A real, lived-in garage is exactly what we are designing around.

During the free consultation, we talk through what you actually need to store. We explain how the system works, walk you through the different configurations, and recommend a setup that fits your specific space, your vehicles, and your gear. If you already have ideas, we will work with them.

Once we agree on a layout, we confirm everything by email and take a small deposit to book your installation day.

Step 2: We Install Your System

On installation day, we handle everything. In some cases, we may drop off the totes ahead of time, but our team brings the physical system and does all the work.

Most installs are completed in two to three hours. We mount the plywood backing and the heavy duty metal tote racks directly to your studs, making sure the floating wall grid is level, secure, and ready to hold serious weight. We place the bins, apply the Smart QR stickers to every tote, and clean up before we leave.

When we walk out, your floor is clear and the system is ready to use.

Step 3: Meet Your Garage's Memory

A rack and some bins is just storage. Wally is a system, and this is the part that makes it work.

Before we leave, we walk you through the Wally app. We show you how the app connects to your bins and how to add items. The process is simple: take a photo of an open bin, and the AI identifies what is inside and auto-tags it with categories like "tools," "hockey," or "holiday decor." You do not type a single word.

When you need something later, you search by name or category and the app points you to the exact bin. Your garage finally has a memory.

After the Install

We follow up a few days later to make sure everything is working properly and you are comfortable with the app. And because the entire physical system is guaranteed for 10 years, the hardware is never a concern.
